PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY

All shipped orders are the responsibility of the carrier. In the rare occurrence of a lost package, please contact USPS to address any issues. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Customers must ensure the accuracy of their address at checkout.

PROCESSING

We aim to process orders within 1 business day, but kindly allow up to 10 business days for order processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REX Watches (Private Gets) does not entertain returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final unless products are received damaged or incorrect. Prior to completing your purchase, carefully review your order, including shipping address and item sizing. During giveaway periods, this caution is crucial, as entries are automatically and immediately submitted to the sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. Entries for giveaway vehicles cannot be altered.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

REX Watches (Private Gets) is not accountable for additional costs arising from duties, taxes, and any other fees related to international customs and shipping. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that any additional costs are solely your responsibility as the purchaser.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon placing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent. Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will follow. If you haven't received an update, please check your junk mail as well.
